We can only repair work that has been authorised by the insurance company or their assessor and is directly related to the accident circumstances. If you are unhappy with the work that has been authorised by the insurance company or their assessor you will need to speak to them in relation to this. If there are additional repairs required that are not related to the accident circumstances we can complete them at the same time and bill you directly for the additional work completed. This tends to be the most cost effective way of repairing all the damage to the vehicle.
